Acupuncture

Acupuncture is one of the practices under what is referred to as Complimentary and Alternative Medicine (CAM).  Acupuncture is often used to treat anxiety and panic symptoms.  As with any Complimentary and Alternative medicine practice, you should consult with a doctor prior to considering pursuing any type of alternative treatments.
